Lorenzetti is one of Brazil’s most iconic manufacturers of electrical showers, faucets, and water heating solutions, with over 100 years of history. A household name, it holds a dominant market share and reaches over 95% brand recognition nationwide.

Challenge

Reposition a legacy brand celebrating 100 years and increase relevance in

a competitive market.

Action

Led full digital strategy, managed a team of 10+, defined messaging and ran campaigns via influencers, ads, and branded content.

Result

+100M people reached, +8% brand favorability, +6% brand consideration, #1 Top of Mind in 6 product categories.

Awards:

Top Of Mind 2023: Top 1 (33%), climbed back up in the surveys after two years of decline.

Marketing Strategy Matcon 2024: Institutional Campaign and Acqua Century Launch, respectively, in the Marketing & Commercial and Product Launch categories. 

A.C.Camargo Cancer Center.

A.C.Camargo is one of the most prestigious oncology hospitals in Latin America, offering integrated cancer care, education, and research. Affiliated with international networks like MD Anderson and accredited by ONA Level 3, the center treats over 15,000 patients annually and contributes to global cancer research. Its medical education programs are nationally recognized, positioning it as a reference in oncology in Brazil.

Challenge

Reposition a legacy healthcare brand while boosting visibility and performance of both its medical services and education pillar.

Action

Led omnichannel marketing efforts, implemented workflow integration via Asana, managed an external agency, and supported the hospital’s rebranding campaign (Especializado em Vida), aligning it across internal and external communications.

Result

+40% growth in education product sales and +6% increase in medical appointment pre-scheduling, contributing to the successful rollout of a renewed brand positioning.

Grupo HDI.

HDI Seguros is the Brazilian subsidiary of HDI International AG, part of Germany’s Talanx Group, one of Europe’s largest insurance companies. Following the acquisition of Liberty Seguros’ operations in Brazil, HDI Seguros has ascended to become the second-largest property and casualty insurer in the country. 

Challenge

Strengthen HDI’s market positioning, support digital transformation, and launch key insurance products.

Action

Contributed to two brand repositioning projects, aligning marketing, UX/UI, and communication strategies; Led campaigns for HDI Vida PME (in partnership with Icatu) and supported the Santander Auto rollout; Managed 20+ digital campaigns and collaborated on the #TodosJuntos D&I program. Developed and executed tech projects using Agile Methodology.

Result

Drove product adoption, reinforced brand equity, and supported cross-functional integration in a fast-evolving digital environment.

Agora Distribuidora.

AGORA is a leading B2B technology distributor in Brazil, specializing in connectivity and smart security solutions. As an official partner of global brands like Huawei and Motorola, the company plays a key role in supporting Brazil’s digital infrastructure through its network of integrators and resellers.

Challenge

Increase product visibility, enhance brand positioning, and strengthen client relationships for one of Brazil’s leading B2B tech distributors representing global brands like Huawei and Motorola.

Action

Developed and executed a 360° communication strategy spanning social media, paid ads, email marketing, website content, CEO LinkedIn branding, and internal communications. 

Result

Improved alignment across channels and reinforced AGORA’s reputation with key partners, elevating visibility in the competitive tech distribution market. Optimized Always-On B2B campaigns (Google & LinkedIn), scaling traffic from 2.7K to 9K+ monthly clicks, reducing CPC by 74%, and generating 185 qualified leads in 5 months.
